A Message from John Hazen White, Jr.

I consider it a privilege to be able to continue the White Family’s tradition, honoring the commitment of my parents, John Hazen White, Sr. and Happy White, of supporting many worthy organizations in Rhode Island.

While the scope of support is broad, including the arts, healthcare, education, community service and protecting the environment, I would describe the mission of the White Family Foundation (and Taco) more simply as a commitment to helping institutions that provide the opportunity for people of all ages to invest in self improvement, should they choose to do so.

Continuing this work in partnership with so many wonderful people is an honor.
